How are you all? At BIS things are going well indeed. We are building, growing, expanding - in short: we getting better every day! We are going to open our new Cafeteria and our new Library on May 5th and the Class of 2010 achieved the highest grade average ever. Things are going well indeed! There is just one thing we are missing - and that is YOU.
We feel that the time has come:
to set up systematic contacts with all our ex-students,
to find out where you are and what you are doing
to invite you for reunions
to invite individual students to talk about their experiences out there in the real world!
One of our major goals for the year to come is to set up an alumni society, to establish a website and a database.
The first step to establish this society was taken on November 27 in the Rathskeller in Munich, which was attended mainly by students from the earlier years of BIS. A second meeting will take place on March 26 in London in order to formally establish the London branch of this society. Meetings in Vienna and Berlin will follow.
These meetings will be advertised on Facebook and by e-mail.
2. If you are willing to talk to our students about your university career and your professional career. You could do this in one or our assemblies or at our annual Careers Day in April. Please contact us if you are interested.
We are looking forward to hearing from! Thank you for contacting us as possible.
Long live the BIS Alumni Society!!!
